Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at Returns@36StraightGolfCo.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during discounted drops, promotional sales, clearance events, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All final-sale purchases are sold as-is.

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase, as final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, fit, or preference reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
